Macy's American Express Credit Card Review

Two years ago, I applied for a Macy's American Express Credit Card, because I usually make purchases at Macy's stores. I thought it might be very convenient and comfortable when i am going to make purchases at Macy's in the future.

Honestly speaking, I think Macy's American Express Credit Card is rather good for those who prefer to purchase items at Macy's stores. If you are a Macy's store fans, you definitely should apply for it.

However, it is not alway convenient for me. Sometimes I find it is too troublesome. In my life, I have disputed two charges on my Macy's American Express Credit Card. The first time it was the vendor's fault. The second time it was a disaster for my Macy's American Express Credit Card.  Here is the thing. When I was planning to travel abroad, I used my Macy's American Express Credit Card to book airline ticket, which was supposed to be refundable.  Unfortunately, they said my Macy's American Express Credit Card did not work and could not be accepted, then I was charged for 50 dollars. What the hell!

Fortunately, I had all the receipts which could prove their mistakes. I called Macy's American Express Credit Card customer service and asked them to figure it out and waive my fee. Then they realized that it was their mistake and promised that Macy's American Express Credit Card would not be charged for a 50 dollars. At that time, I thought it was so wired and could not accept their explanations.

Although I think Macy's American Express Credit Card is rather helpful for my shopping at Macy's store, I still doubt that Macy's American Express Credit Card could make my life more colorful.
