Ingredients for Making French Macarons

If you want to make 50 French Macarons, you’d better firstly prepare these ingredients for your cooking.

• Macaron Cookie
• 225 grams icing sugar
• 125 grams almonds
• 4 eggs whites
• 30 grams granulated sugar
• Pinch of salt
• Bittersweet Chocolate Cream Ganache:
• 230 grams bittersweet chocolate
• 250 grams heavy cream
• 2 ounces unsalted butter



Procedures for Making French Macaroons

There are several steps for you to do when you are going to make French Macaroons. These steps are not hard for you to follow, but even if you follow my family recipe of French Macaroons, I still can’t assure you that you can make perfect French Macaroons.

Firstly, you’d better sift icing sugar and put your almonds and icing sugar in a bowl, then mix them together for five minutes.

Secondly, you should put a dry bowl whip egg whites with salt and mix them together at medium speed until you can see the foamy. Once you can see the foamy, you should increase the speed and add sugar gradually. Until the whites are shiny, then you can continue your next step.



Thirdly, 
you should find a piping bag and cut a 1 cm round tip. When you are ready, put the batter onto the baking sheets, tap the underside of the baking sheet and remove air bubbles. Then put it aside and let it be dry.

Fourthly, once you mix your ingredients and make good preparations for the baking. Then you should open your stove at 350°F oven for 10 to 11 minutes. Then put your French Macarons into the oven for 30 minutes.

Fifth, after 30 minutes baking, you should remove Macaroons from the oven with a glove. When your Macaroons are cool down use a knife underneath the Macaroons and remove it from parchment.



Sixth,

put your French Macaroons into a refrigerate and allow their flavors to blend together. When you want to eat French Macaroons, just bring them back to room temperature and enjoy yourselves.

It is not easy to Make French Macaroons, but it is really fun for you to learn how to cook them. I’ve tried several times and I also failed many times. It is embassrassing to mention my failures to you, but it is always my proud that I could share my cooking experiences of French Macaroons with you. Only when you experiences of how hard to cook them, then you will find it is so delicious for you to taste it.
