I am a loyal custoemr to the TD Bank and usued to be a very happy commerce bank customer for the TD Bank. I actully want to be loayl customer to the TD Bank, but my experiences tell me that it is impossible for me to have banking services at TD Bank any more. I should remember the professional services they have provided to me, but all I remember is that the charge fees from it. Oh, come on, forget about the massive charges, do not blame it.

Actually, their statement has lots of errors and they charge fees and penalties so high that I even can afford them. Sometimes when I attempt to talk with a customer assistant, he or she just does not care my feelings. He or she says that they will correct or figure out the issue, but in fact, they do not care about it. I still remembered that they charged me 15 dollars overdraft fees, which made me so angry till now.
No Complaints! Just Need More TD Banks

I've been with TD Bank for almost five years now, and so far I think it is good. However, sometimes I still think it should improve its customer services.

Sometimes I had to pay for the overdraft fees, although I've seen other reviewers are angry about it. I did not complain it, because I was alerted by the bank immediately when I overdrew, whicle I did not pay for them immediately. 

Everytime when I visit the TD Bank, there are so many visitors there that I have to wait for a long time to have my services there. All I hope is that if it can have more banks in the United States, that will be much better.
